Nasi Tumpang

One of my favourite food at Belanga restaurant is Nasi Tumpang. There is a choice of fish curry (MYR8.90) or prawn curry (MYR9.9) and I often select the fish curry nasi tumpang.

Nasi Tumpang - Rice wrapped into a cone shape using banana leaf.

The rice is layered alternately with kerisik (toasted grated coconut), fish curry with a small piece of fish, omelette and sambal (a spicy condiment). Very tasty because I like to eat the compressed rice which is quite soft.

    1. Nice but sometimes I find that the rice is not enough for the flavourful ingredients. Yes, small portion for that price.
