Japanese Pork Ginger Rice

Two of us went for a meal at Menya Musashi, One Utama again. This time we did not share one set meal because there were many people there and it did not feel nice to be ordering one set meal only so we ordered one meal and one set meal and after finishing the food, both of us were very full.

Shogayaki Gohan - MYR10 - Japanese Pork Belly Ginger Rice - to me, the taste is quite similar to Chinese Pork Belly Salted Fish Ginger Rice.

Ramen Kuro Karaage Set Meal - MYR35 - consists of one glass of green tea, a big bowl of ramen, a bowl of salad and fried chicken (as shown in photo below). The egg is not included in the set meal and is added to the meal at the cost of RM2.

Karaage - Japanese Fried Chicken - this dish is included in the set meal we ordered.

A photo to show the size of the bowl of Pork Ginger Rice as compared to the bowl of salad. After 10% service charge and 6% gov. tax the bill came up to MYR54.50 for a very filling lunch.
