Stir fried pumpkin glass noodles (tang hoon/tong hoon/ 冬粉) with salted egg yolk for one person (MYR7.5). One of the best glass noodle dishes I have eaten. Soft and there are many pieces of pumpkin in it. If you do not like salted egg yolk then please ask for it to be omitted.
Stir fried bitter gourd mee hoon with salted egg yolk for 1 person (MYR7.5) and personally I prefer the glass noodle dish above than this mee hoon dish.
Soon Lei XO Pearl Noodle for 1 person (MYR7.50). It is like having claypot Lo Shi Fan in KL Loh Mee's soup. Taste quite good too. Prices quoted are nett prices.

I love glass noodles too!
ReplyDeleteIn soup or stir fried?
DeleteI didn't eat glass noodles when I was younger. My mother cooked it when we have to pray, so for me it was a dish for old people (together with other dishes like the fat pork...). But the first time I tried it I loved it. I have never tried it in soup though.
ReplyDeleteIf you love it, you will like glass noodles in soup too. I think glass noodles in soup is even more delicious but need to chew thoroughly.
DeleteYummmzz, among all the dishes, I love the pearl noodles the most.. Maybe becoz like you said, I like loh-mee, so I like anything with that loh gravy..
ReplyDeleteMaybe can come here try some day?
DeleteI always love glass noodles. Too bad i m no good in frying glass noodles. It always turns out sticky.
ReplyDeleteMaybe it depends on the type of glass noodles.
DeleteI loves glass noodle...
ReplyDeleteMore q q than mee hoon.
DeleteNot bad wor...I tried cooking the fried glass noodles at home...cannot eat ...lol
ReplyDeleteMaybe it is caused by the type of glass noodles.
