Do you like to eat century egg (皮蛋)? I like to eat them with pickled ginger or pickled onions or in congee. I know there are reports saying they are not good for health so I am eating them once in a blue moon.

ReplyDeleteDo you eat them on their own with pickled ginger like in the photo above?
DeleteNope, just the egg only!!!
DeleteSo you can just eat the egg only without the porridge?
DeleteI like to eat it, the other day saw your century egg post, i went to buy a box to eat it, but i also eat it once in a blue moon...
ReplyDeleteHow much for a box? Any particular brands that you buy?
DeleteI love these, but minus the ginger.. I always buy these and salted egg to cook porridge.. The more pungent, the more nice, I love it when there's a strong smell of ammonia when I eat it, kakakakaka..
ReplyDeleteYes, pei tan and ham tan goes well together. Can steam sam sik tan using them too.
DeleteI hardly take it. It tastes good too..
ReplyDeleteEat less of this is good for your health so it is good that you hardly take this. :)
