Century Egg Congee

I love to eat century eggs but I don't eat them that often. Usually I eat them with congee.

This bowl of century egg congee costs MYR7.50

Compared to the sweet potatoes congee, this rice porridge is considered Cantonese style as the grains of rice can't be seen clearly anymore and the congee is more sticky.

  1. Kam ngam geh when I see the word century egg.. Yesterday only I steamed egg with hamtan & peitan .. Haha
