Kidney

I know many people do not eat offal (the internal organs of animals such as kidney and liver that are used for food). My friend likes to frequent a certain stall that sells pork noodle mainly because they offer pork kidney.

I eat pork livers but I don't eat pork kidneys and have never even tried to eat one. I just don't dare. Do you like to eat pork kidneys?

Can you spot the piece of pork kidney in the bowl of noodle above?

    1. Are kidneys more delicious than livers? Livers are said to bo huit (add blood) so is good but not too much of it lah because some say livers also contain toxic.

  4. You know what? I always make sure I have something to eat when I go through your site. Simply too many food to make me hungry. So if I have something to eat while browsing through, I have less craving. Haha!
