On Saturday 13.jan.2024, early morning, he walked over early to prepare breakfast for the elderly and he planned to stay there to prepare lunch of the two frozen dishes he bought yesterday but once there, after he prepared breakfast he changed his mind and walked back. So we went to park at Pinnacle and ate our chapfan no rice lunch at Fatty Mixed Rice. Then at 5 pm, he went to steam the two dishes and cooked rice for the elderly dinner.

1.04 pm - ate the two pies bought from Chateraise on Friday. Still tastes good.
1.20 pm - ate all the remaining cheese cake bought from Chateraise on Friday. Very rich and creamy 😋
4.17 pm - ate all the remaining half of avocado he kept for me with a slice of wholemeal bread.
*** Elderly Dinner ***
5.50 pm - The two packs of frozen dishes after being steamed for the elderly's dinner. Both of them ate these two dishes with rice and he brought home a little remaining portion.

Reading before breakfast is 6.8 mmol/l today.
Elderlies are being well taken care of. Kudos to all the caretakers.
