On Wednesday 3.jan.2024, he accompanied the elderly to the klinik primer appointment at 10 am. Met kid1 at the center and all 3 grabbed there together.

7.39 am - my nasi lemak wild boar curry, potato curry, long bean, egg and no sambal MYR 10 nett which I shared with him.
7.39 am - I ordered this torch ginger flower aka bunga kantan mihun with vegetables curry MYR 5.50 nett from the vegetarian stall which he ate a bit only because the vegetables curry is sweet so he doesn't want to eat so much sweet food.
7.40 am - his order of toasts kaya margerine, hot coffee and 2 half boiled eggs MYR 8.40 nett. I ate half the toasts.

11.22 am - after the primer appointment, his siew yuk roast chicken rice and one pack of takeaway steamed chicken thigh ginger paste for the elderly MYR 18 nett because need to buy and deliver items to the center after lunch so might as well buy some food that the elderly enjoys eating. My iced Cham aka coffee mixed tea MYR 2.80 nett.
11.22 am - my chapfan no rice MYR 8 nett of 4 dishes: petai, pumpkin, okra and bitter gourd omelette.
I also ate his remaining rice with one piece of siew yuk. I didn't eat the roast chicken backside in the photo above.

Reading before breakfast for elderly 5.9 mmol/l so the diamicron meds are working now, almost to the normal reading of below 5.7 mmol/l.
Doctor says to keep up this morning reading and don't let it go up so to maintain status quo meds. Next appointment in July.
Kid1 says the elderly thinks chapfan is much better and lower price than the food served at the center and kid1 reminds the elderly that the price includes the service of changing diapers, lodging, laundry and taking daily readings and more.
After lunch, he bought items and delivered them to the center: the steamed chicken thigh ginger paste no rice, 2x10 Tena M, 2 packs bed liner and lotion.
There is another appointment at the hospital tomorrow.
