Dim Sum Kam Hin

On Wednesday 10.jan.2024, early morning he went over to prepare breakfast for the elderly and then both of the grab to the hospital for the cardio clinic appointment. Meanwhile at home, I did a whole day of water fasting.

*** Kam Hin Kuchai Lama ***

After the hospital appointment, they grab to this dim sum restaurant and ate the following dim sum. Total MYR 57.40 nett.

3.27 pm - both of them ordered a glass of hot tea each MYR 1++ 
Fried fish ball MYR 7.5++
Steam ribs MYR 7.5++
Bamboo dumpling MYR 7.5++

3.23 pm - char siew bao MYR 8++

3.23 pm - deep fried turnip MYR 9++

3.20 pm - 2 egg tarts MYR 8++
Both of them managed to eat all the dim sum that they ordered.

*** Hospital Canteen ***

10.20 am - knowing that it is a long wait, they went to eat some food. His curry Mee MYR 7 nett.

10.20 am - the elderly's chicken congee MYR 6 nett with fried anchovies, salted egg and chicken slices which the elderly ate all.

*** Status ***

Morning reading before breakfast 7 ish mmol/l

7 am - prepare breakfast for elderly
8.14 am - in grab to hospital
8.47 am - their queue number is 1067, currently is serving 1009, 58 persons are waiting
10 am - check bp 130/58 mmHg pulse 53
10.20 am - eats early lunch at canteen
1.27 pm - finally their turn HbA1c 6.1 LDL 2.8
2.26 pm - waiting to collect meds
2.51 pm - waiting for grab to dim sum place
He requested cardio for a referral to geriatrics. Will be doing blood tests and CT scan before the appointment.
3.20 pm - both ate dim sum
About 5pm - back

  2. Yes, I also spend a lot of time waiting in hospital... whether private or govt, nowadays a lot of people are waiting to see doctors.

    1. Private hospitals should just give proper appointment time and see the patient according to the appointed time in order not to waste time waiting.

  4. I don't think i can survive without food for that long....can pengsan if like that...lol! why of all sudden such extreme fasting?

    1. I have done water fasting more than 36 hours previously. Just felt very comfortable not eating so just let the digestive system take a holiday. 😊
