Halfway Cooking Gas Finished

Yesterday's DIY big breakfast at 8.42 am with Hokto mushrooms (Monday 1 June 2020 d76).

Add a few slices of bread to it.

11.28 am - my portion of brunch.

12.30 noon - was cooking 3 chicken thighs with rice cooking wine when the gas finished so had to use induction stove to complete the cooking. Ordered gas which can only be delivered the next day.

One chicken thigh with suhun noodles and crunchy Nai Pak vegetables - not my lunch.

  3. Your breakfast looks gorgeous! Your brunch too. We keep a spare tank of gas, will order when one runs out and we start using the spare one.

    1. Yes, cooking households would need a spare tank. We seldom cook so we don't keep spare tank. Thanks! The breakfast sure looks colourful.

    1. If frequently cooking, it is wise to have a spare tank of gas around. If have spare gas then no need to have an induction cooker.
