Molten Lava Cake

We went to Uncle Don's eatery again for lunch to celebrate a co-worker's birthday. After finishing our main meals, we waited for quite some time for this Molten Lava Cake with ice cream (about MYR7.80) to sing the birthday song. All of us had a bite of the small cake. The taste is quite good. Oh, why was the candle on the scoop of ice cream instead of the cake?

  1. I love this! Not going for it anymore now though, non-gluten free.

    1. I believe there are recipes online for lava cake that uses gluten free alternatives to replace the wheat flour.
