Deep fried garlic

This bowl of fish paste (yu wat) bitter gourd slices mee hoon is topped with so much deep fried garlic. Do you like to eat deep fried garlic?

  3. Nice! I like them in slices too, deep fried. And deep fried ginger. But usually, it is just deep fried shallots for most everything.

    1. True most noodle just includes deep fried shallots. I seldom see deep fried ginger in noodle soup.
