Crispy

The deep fried bean curd sheets in the bowl of mee suah are so crispy - MYR5.50 nett - that it is a pity to see some of them soaked in the broth.

  2. Mee suah? I sure would like to try. Here, we only have it two ways - with the traditional Foochow red wine chicken soup...or fried.

    1. Here many noodles stalls carry many types of noodles. If they have mee suah we can always request fir mee suah instead of the default type of noodle used.

  4. I like crispy fried bean curd. Next time can ask them to place them separately from the soup so that they will remain crispy. Referring to your comment on my post on the Thai chicken basil rice....hahaha...its not that I didn't tell him. Its because he went alone to order without my knowledge.

  6. The chef should be smart to put the fried bean curd sheets on a separate plate.

We have visited GoNoodles 3 times and my wife would order plate fulls of this fried bean curd sheets.

    1. Whenever I go eat at Go Noodle I am too stingy to order a plate of fried bean curd sheets.
