The fillings fish paste texture is firm so I believe it has more fish meat in it than various ingredients.

DeleteThe curry look sbeautiful, very intense. I haven't had YTF in a long time. Not really a fan. I remembered at the previous company I worked at, we went down to Segambut for YTF which was supposed to be famous. Can't remember the name though.
ReplyDeleteI just like the veges of the ytf, don't really care about the fillings as long as the fillings taste ok. This curry looks red but is not spicy.
