The weather now is so hot that I wish to eat the above green tea ice and ice cream almost everyday! This green tea ice is not sweet at all, perfect for me. Matcha Shiratama Slushy from Nana Green Tea (around MYR 14 to MYR 16).
I thought I was perspiring alone everyday. Looks like it will be this hot the whole year now. I should start selling ice cream too. You can be my customer.
No green tea for me, thank you. We had macarons that day - my missus had the one with green tea filling and she declared, "You will not like i! Very strong green tea taste!" She knows me so well.
oh yeah, hot weather and many places are suffering from water supply disruptions.. ice-cream for me anytime!! hahaha, i will not be choosing the green tea flavor though.. what are those white things??
Not that sweet. Plain white mochi. I think you will have to try this to see if you like it or not because most people experience green tea flavours based on those artificial strong awful tasting so-called green tea that is more common. This is authentic green tea so the taste is very natural and nice unlike the commonly encountered green tea flavouring.

ReplyDeleteHahaha, I love to eat ice cream.
DeleteI've never had green tea ice cream! I can bet that the taste is amazing!
ReplyDeleteDo go for a quality authentic green tea ice cream if you ever try and not those with artificial green tea flavours.

ReplyDeleteI think you do not like artificial green tea flavours. I don't like those too.
DeleteI am not really into green tea but how come this one looks so great... it looks like an avocado ice cream.. gosh that makes me drool
ReplyDeleteWhy not?
Deleteahehe maybe because of the bitter taste of it..
DeleteOk, it is a tiny little bit slightly bitter.
DeletePerfect on a hot day!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely!
DeleteYah, is pretty hot recently, remember to drink more water...
ReplyDeleteThanks! You too! :)
DeleteYep, the weather is pretty hot nowadays.. I eat a cone of Cornetto ice cream almost everyday,hehe..
ReplyDeleteWah! So nice!
Deleteoh yeah, hot weather and many places are suffering from water supply disruptions.. ice-cream for me anytime!! hahaha, i will not be choosing the green tea flavor though.. what are those white things??
ReplyDeleteMochi.
DeleteYes. Very hot. I would like ice cream too.
ReplyDeleteSo many days no rain.
DeleteWhat are those white balls? Looks like tong yuen to me...
ReplyDeleteI guess they are the same - tong yuen and mochi but mochi is more springy, not as soft as tong yuen. This mochi is a plain white mochi, no fillings.
DeleteI'm not a fan of green tea but I can take it if the flavour is not too intense. Those white things....are they some sort of sweet rice flour things?

DeleteLooks very nice to me, Mun..those are longans I supposed....
ReplyDeleteYes very nice!
DeleteOh on second look, they dont look like longans! :)
ReplyDeleteYour 2nd look is correct, they are mochi.
DeleteI'm not a fan of desserts made from green tea. I only like green tea as a drink.
ReplyDeleteTrying this may change your mind. ;)
DeleteNot a fan of green tea dessert but i like to drink green tea. Not sweet ya the ice cream. Good. Better for health
ReplyDeletelike I wrote above, trying exactly this green tea dessert may change your mind.
DeleteWeather very hot, I would love a Raspberry ice cream
ReplyDeleteI like raspberry too.
DeleteThis is the shop near Nonya colours in Midvalley? :) The one with models of food displayed in front.
ReplyDeleteYes you are right. Have you tried it?
DeleteNo. I'm tempted by the green tea ice cream but we always end up next door in Zun express!
DeleteZun express food is more healthy!
DeleteI prefer tong sui, ice cream, ice kacang rotately every other day...haha I m greedy!
ReplyDeleteYou are not! because you rotate every other day. If you say you want all 3 every day then you are, hehehe. :)
DeleteI read all your comments to find out where this stall was at. Haha.
ReplyDeleteNyonya Colors eh? I didn't know they made things like these. I'm in MidValley right now!
I don't think I can tapau for my better half before it melts though - the mochi looks sooo good. :)
No, not nyonya colors. It is Nana Green Tea, a few eateries next to nyonya colors.
DeleteI like green tea. As long as the green taste is not intense, I may like the green tea ice cream too. Good for our hot humid days!
ReplyDeleteYou may like this but it is not sweet.
