Oh? Too much sauce? I don't recall having wanton mee with less of that black sauce and that is why I am not all that fond of it, will keep tossing till the sauce is all mixed in the noodles, and it will not look like there's so much of it...but I always enjoy the real char siew, not the red coloured boiled meat we get with our kampua mee here.
I like the wantons in clear soup so sometimes I would just order that.

I don't like the sauce so I don't toss the noodle.
DeleteI like the prawn noodles... Too much black sauce can be bitter....
ReplyDeleteTrue.
DeleteI like the wantons in clear soup, yummy
ReplyDeleteI eat the wantons but don't drink the soup.
DeleteBetween the two, I will choose prawn noodles. Have a beautiful day!
ReplyDeleteThanks! I ate a bit of each.
DeleteI agreed with you. The wanton mee is very wet with the sauce.
ReplyDeleteYou don't like it that way also I guess.
DeleteIt is hard to come up with an acceptable comment, when all the food is just acceptable.
ReplyDeleteYou get full marks for making a sentence with the word acceptable. :)
DeleteAhh good simple food!
ReplyDeleteHehehehe...
DeleteThe photo of the Wanton Noodle looked so sharp and colourful. Yummy!
ReplyDeleteHahahaha, now that you mentioned the plate, bowl and saucer each has different colour, so colourful.
