This is the corner single storey house opposite the corner coffee shop you mentioned. The corner single storey house has been converted into a coffee shop. If you click the hai keng link above there is a photo of the external view of hai keng.
The CCF is something like what I eat in Penang... they put shrimp paste sauce, right? I am not used to eating that as yet but I do order it at times when I go Penang...
I like chee cheong fun in Penang where they will give you the prawn paste/rojak sauce and chili sauce by the side.
ReplyDeleteCan get the penang style ccf from O&S in PJ.
DeleteI wonder if this is the corner coffee shop below the Korean restaurant.

DeleteLam mee for me. ^^
ReplyDeleteYou won't regret it! ^*^
DeleteI am a big fan for Chee Cheong Fun and Lam Mee! The prices are quite cheap too.

ReplyDeleteThanks! Have a great weekend!
DeleteI just had chee cheong fun this morning! I like mine with just sesame oil, sesame seeds & soy sauce ^_^
ReplyDeleteHere we don't often have it with soy sauce.
DeleteI have craving for CCF now! SG Chinatown hawker centre sells very nice CCF
ReplyDeleteGo have some soon!
Deleteoooooooo. I have not had CCF for ages now! Must go find one this weekend. Suddenly have cravings for it after seeing your picture :)
ReplyDeleteMust go eat some then! CCF is sold at almost all coffee shops!
DeleteHow come your CCF... kosong one? No supporting ingredients, doesn't feel very KL... :/
ReplyDeleteThis special stall doesn't sell anything to go with the CCF.
DeleteI like kosong CCF, with sesame oil, sesame seeds and soy sauce
DeleteHere we seldom eat with soy sauce. This is sweet brown sauce like those given for siew mai.
DeleteI like the look of that simple CCF.
