Going nuts

According to some research, eating almonds, pecans and walnuts may lower our total cholesterol and I need that after eating deep fried squid so I stock up on these 3 types of nuts in my fridge to be eaten with my cereals.

I buy those unroasted ones and I eat them raw just like that but my brother laughed at me and said those are to be used as ingredients for baking. Anyway whenever I feel like snacking on junk food, I will eat these nuts instead.
