Tiny portions because the meal includes a drink for MYR 5.20 nett only. The taste of the drink is quite diluted.

should not dilute the drinks but serve smaller cups. Upeh nasi tumpang is decent so you could try it here.
DeleteI remember this Belanga place. The name Upeh is unique and must be under the new management. Food looks the same and nice.
