*** Cook for Parent ***
1. Salted chicken meat, waxed liver sausages
2. Mixed vegetables napa cabbages with added soybean sticks.
9.57 am - remaining frozen rice from my freezer from 23jan2024 which is 18 days ago but still in good edible condition because freezing works to preserve the freshness of food. I wanted to try the taste of the vege dish so I ate them with the remaining frozen rice. Taste ok, not as sweet as he described. I guess it is because he has added soybean sticks to it to dilute the sweet gravy.
6.13 pm - his dinner of half vit noodles and cooked frozen suigao.

6.12 pm - 1.5 vit noodles because he is afraid 1 vit noodles is too little for the elderly, char siew, suigao, lettuce and one egg.
6.46 pm - The elderly ate about 1 vit noodles portion and walked away from the remaining half vit noodles.
The elderly walked out twice to a nearby dai chow stall. We found the elderly there drinking coffee at about 5.30 pm when we went over to prepare dinner. When asked about the earlier trip there at 2.18 pm, the elderly couldn't really remember but simply replied that time was to drink tea but as the memory is not good, we also just listen only.
10.54 am - went to family mart to buy gardenia green wholemeal bread MYR 4 for the elderly and saw chocolate mint soft-serve so bought one each at MYR 3.90 nett. The chocolate mint tastes good for mint lovers.
11.28 am - Hou's Kopitiam Taman Continental is closed for CNY so we ate at the roadside shed opposite it:
1.26 pm - there are still many slices of kaya Swiss roll cake in my fridge bought on Monday 5feb2024, 5 days ago to support the business of the elderly lady with her Pei Yoke's cakes mobile stall along Lorong sisi Jalan yap ah loy. I ate two slices and that wrapped up my meals on CNY day1.
