Tuck Tuck Tei chapfan

On Sunday 12.jun.22, went to Taman Desa at 11.20 am to buy lunch for ourselves and the Elderlies.

*** Tuck Tuck Tei economy rice ***

12.16 noon - the Elderlies lunch:
A. Bento Box economy rice MYR 11
1. Small portion of rice
2. Egg tofu
3. Soyknots
4. Brinjal
5. Petai minced meat
B. Small portion of rice, bok choy and a braised egg MYR 3
C. Half a portion of siew yuk from a one portion of siew yuk shared with us.

Our shared lunch MYR 11:
1. Small portion of rice
2. One steamed salty chicken thigh
3. One braised egg
4. Soyknots
5. Broccoli and cauliflower
6. Yin choy

Also bought one portion of siew yuk MYR 10 to share with the elderlies From Tuck Tuck Tei coffee shop. This photo is taken after giving away almost half of the siew yuk to the Elderlies for their lunch. This is one of the better tasting siew yuk so I will buy it once a week if it is available. So lunch is MYR 35 for 4 pax.

*** Elderlies' dinner ***

Used the hightea promo code between 3 pm to 5 pm to get max MYR 8 off. Ordered marmite chicken rice and ginger spring onion fish fillet rice to be delivered directly to the Elderlies via Foodpanda from Yan Kitchen. They like these two meals.

    I thought of trying to order the same thing from Yan's kitchen after seeing this post but the Hightea promo code seems not working in my account (it shows "This voucher can't be applied to your account"). Maybe it's for members only.

      I get this error message sometimes too so I think they give this message randomly. Maybe you can try the hightea code again.

    The remaining portion of the siew yuk after you have given away almost half to the elderlies looks quite a lot for RM5. The price of siew yuk has gone up.

      Maybe the photo shows two third of the portion. Yes, prices for almost all food have increased.
