ReplyDeleteKueh Lapis Prunes?? Sounds delicious and new to me. Someone gave me half portion of their Christmas Kek Lapis. I am struggling to finish it as my wife is not fond of this cake. It is not fragrant enough.
Thanks,ya like u, we are blessed to have spouses who cook well. you also don't like your Christmas kek lapis? Taste not strong enough for you?
DeleteI have eaten those made with strong spices and I love that. Not easy to find them even in Jakarta. I remembered eating good ones in Penang and Bali. The one in Penang was made by a lady from Medan and I don't have her contacts. I am hoping to visit Medan someday as they speak Penang Hokkien dialect and I want to circle Lake Toba. Medan is full of tasty snacks!
DeleteSoon you can visit and fly again once u get vaccinated.
