WG Foodies Nest Starling

Update (9 March 2019 Saturday): This stall is no longer at Foodies' Nest, Starling Mall.
After visiting the Food Court in Starling Mall back in November last year, we finally ate lunch there one weekday. I did not know what to order so ended up having this curry noodle (I chose hor fun and yellow noodle) without any meat at MYR 8.90 nett. The curry broth is very creamy from the coconut milk and more on the sweet side. Apart from the noodles, there are cabbage, long beans, bean curd sheets and bean curd puffs in the bowl of curry. As usual I kept half the portion of noodles for dinner.

When I looked at the receipt, I found out that this stall is owned by Mr. Fish which also owns a Fish Head Noodle eatery in Starling Mall.

This is the curry stall at Foodies Nest Starling.

The stall name is Teo Chew Curry Laksa

  1. Not a fan of curry mee but I would eat, once in a long while, maybe.

  2. Quite a portion. I love curry noodle but couldn't find good one in Kuching. Used to have one I like when I was young but no longer in operation.

  7. Looks good and thick. I finally tried Mr Fish (parked in Starling for Village park, but they were still closed for Raya so we went to cari makan in Starling) and it was good. So this one must have some standard too.
