I just had ice kachang that day, have you heard of peanut ice kachang before, I just saw that day, now I am eyeing on durian ice kachang
ReplyDeleteI think peanut ice kacang is quite common unless you are talking about peanut butter ice kacang.
DeleteThe ice cream you show here look so yummy
ReplyDeleteGlad you think so.
DeleteLooks like chendol to me
ReplyDeleteOne of the bowl does contain chendol.
DeleteLooks good...and cheap too!!! Not like what you get at those classy cafes, anytime over RM10...and may not be nice even. Snob appeal only, trendy to be trendy. I sure would not bother going for those.
ReplyDeleteFor the amount, the price of this ice cream is extremely attractive.
DeleteHow is it? Nice??
ReplyDeleteNice for its price.
Deleteoh so you basically can point here and there to add as many toppings as you like?? how was it?? nice??
ReplyDeleteNot sure whether they let you customise your own ice cream dessert bowl or not.
DeleteOoohh I saw this shop before, from the tv, from the makan show Best In The World.. Go Bentong must eat these ice cream, nice leh..
ReplyDeleteWah I did not realise this shop is so famous. Get to be on tv too.
DeleteI think I know this place!
ReplyDeleteI'm not sure if it's the same one or not but we went here on the way to Tambun (the one in Ipoh, not Penang).
Is it the same on that has kopi peng flavored ice cream and they make it daily themselves? I thought I wrote about it but can't find it so I must have not. Haha.
I am not so sure about the kopi peng ice cream. I only know how to eat the ice cream, hahahaha!
DeleteThe ice cream itself got any special, like made with fresh ingredients or what? Or is it the way they serve it with cendol and red beans that makes them special?
ReplyDeleteI think should be made by themselves - home made.
DeleteIt looks like a hybrid of cendol mixed with ice kacang and topped with a dollop of ice cream! :D
ReplyDeleteThere are more variety as listed in the big wall menu.
Deletethe shop name is so unique - Kow Po? I wonder what does it mean....it sounds more like some Chinese kopitiam (yea, in fact it is a coffeeshop), but with yummy desserts too...haha!
ReplyDeleteKow Po means aunty, just like Kow Foo means mother's younger brothers.
DeleteOoh, peanut ice cream - yes please!
ReplyDeleteYou like peanut?
DeleteDo they make their own ice cream? I like the way it is served.
ReplyDeleteShould be htat way I think.
DeleteSlurp!! I love ice cream... Really great for hot weather especially now....
ReplyDeleteHotter than this in Texas, right?
DeleteLooks something like ice kacang with ice cream. These are so tempting me because of the hot, hot weather. Nice to have a bowl of the ice creams to chill down.
ReplyDeleteThis definitely is the solution for hot weather.
DeleteThe weather is so hot right now and I am drooling at your desserts to cool my head.
ReplyDeleteHave you eaten ice cream to cool down in this hot weather you?
DeleteIs it really nice or just a hype?
ReplyDeleteI think your sons will like this ice cream. :)
DeleteI'd die to have a scoop of ice cream right now!
