Spanish Mackerel

This piece of Spanish mackerel or "kao yu" in Cantonese or "ikan tenggiri" costs MYR5 (sold in the economy rice stall that I frequent). Expensive but very tasty so once in a while I will indulge myself and eat it.

  3. Oh yeah, fish is not cheap, but it's good for us.. Frankly, I seldom cook fish too, I only cook it for the kids.. Normally will fry like this, then top with some (leftover) fish oil and soy sauce..
