Fish & Rice

Stirfried ginger, spring onion and slices of fish (not sure what type of fish this is) served with rice set comes with a glass of herbal drink (drink is not shown here) - MYR11.90 (MYR13.80 after 10% service charge and 6% gov. tax) - Esquire Kitchen. Not the best but not the worst either - passable.

  1. I quite love this kinda rice and the side dishes, I prefer fish than chicken/pork ;)

  2. Ahhhh!!! Esquire! Used to love the place when they first started at Sg Wang long long ago. Loved the beef noodles, the steamed buns that you stuff with stewed meat...but eventually, it became more and more expensive and they seemed to have compromised on the taste. Not all that keen on dropping by anymore.

    1. Yes you are right. Last time when I was in std one the food from this place tasted so good. Now that there are better eateries around, I only patron this place when the other options are worse.

    1. Yes can see got "wok si" - tiny tiny black burn bits in the sauce if I look closely at it. Actually I am not so keen about "wok hei".
