Deep Sleep

On Sunday 13.sep.2026, just went to nearby eateries for food so that we can go 🏡 very quickly but KPI still not met. In the morning when he pressed the switch in the room I didn't even know because I was in deep sleep 😴 💤

7.49 am - soft boiled eggs and hot cham for him

7.51 am - I paid MYR 14 nett for this steamed chicken hor fun which he ordered and we shared.

7.54 am - our usual pork mix misua add two eggs MYR 12 nett

*** Clear Freezer Food ***

1.30 pm - this tub of yogurt ice cream best by 08.01.2027 has been in the freezer for many months so I took it out to eat and before I know it, I ate all 750 ml of it in one sitting 😋 

I also ate all the remaining individual packs of franzzi cookies.

Next morning 44.45

Retained 200g water because ate whole 750ml tub of ice cream.
