Lau Home Cook

On Saturday 14.jan.2023, went to Hiong Mei chapfan eatery to buy chapfan lunch for one Elderly and himself.

*** Lunch ***

Siew yuk MYR 20 from a food truck in the vicinity of Hiong Mei chapfan eatery. Salty with tender meat and crispy skin.

He bought two packs of chapfan no rice for lunch for one elderly and himself.

I bought yinchoy and sweet potatoes leaves MYR 3.5 from a chapfan stall under a shed located opposite Lucky Alley coffee shop. 

From lucky Alley coffee shop I bought:
1. Wanton and char siew wanton noodles soup MYR 8.5 for one elderly
2. 4 bittergourd ytf and 4 brinjal ytf at MYR 2 each for the Elderlies and ourselves. 

2.46 pm - I cleared the carb from the previous day: nasi lemak and curry mihun yellow Mee from 8 avenue food court, pavilion Bukit Jalil.

*** Lau Home Cook ***

We ordered 5 days of catered dinner for 2 pax with 1 pax rice at a total of MYR 181.45 after a MYR 12 discount. This is the 2nd delivery. We shared this dinner with the elderlies.

Nai pak. Taste ok.

Soy chicken. Taste fine too.

Stir fry potatoes. This dish was delivered last Saturday too so I wonder whether or not every Saturday, they will have this dish.

*** Foodpanda pickup ***

2.46 pm - I ate one piece of braised tofu bought yesterday using Foodpanda pickup. Very flavourful.

Total price MYR 22.66 nett. He ate half the braised pork trotter for dinner the previous evening.

8 days to CNY! I have yet to buy mandarin oranges.

  2. Just went to CNY shopping this morning. Yesterday we already bought some in one place, today another round in another lace. I think no more shopping. Prefer to stay at home as expect more shoppers this coming week. This morning, we bought a small size mandarin orange to give to our security guard.
