Omega Pork Noodle Sri Petaling

Today is Thursday 17.jun.21 Day 3 of 14 (2). Yesterday Wed 16.jun.21, we stayed home all day and ordered one food panda delivery.

Food below is for Tue 15.jun.21:

Tue 15.jun.21 9.20 am - His breakfast: Omega pork noodles, small portion. For MYR 9.50 nett only, they sure gave a lot of ingredients!

He believes that this giant piece of deep fried pork lard is their signature item. Can you spot it?

This large piece of minced pork patty must also be one of their signature items. The soup has the umami taste of salted fish so it is extremely fragrant. The remaining soup was used for his instant noodles dinner so all the soup was consumed, every drop of it.

9.40 am - I ate the one pork ball, two slices of liver, one slice of pork meat and some hor fun noodles that he kept for me. 

12.50 noon - his lunch of omega pork congee which is more like very thick teo chew congee. I didn't taste it but must be good because he ate all of it.

The price for both items is MYR 18.50 nett.

No dine in so the tables and chairs are kept at the side.

Store front. Omega Pork Noodle Shop I believe just started operating this Sri Petaling branch at the end of May 2021. The location is somewhat opposite TK bakery. Their HQ noodle shop is in Kota Damansara.

He saw the advert online and requested to try it so we went to buy Takeaway as I couldn't find any info online on how we could order delivery. The staff says I could WhatsApp their hp number on the bill to order delivery. Guess we will do that next time because definitely there will be a next time.

*** Food on Wed 16.jun.21 ***

As we stayed home all day yesterday, I ordered food panda delivery from a stall that we have never tried before. I wanted to order from Thong Kee Sri Petaling but couldn't find it on food panda. Instead I found Pork Noodle and Fish Paste @ Thong Kee on food panda so I just ordered food from that stall.

9 am - pork noodles hot fun only at MYR 10 nett. His breakfast and I didn't try any of it. His comment is that it is acceptable.

12.23 noon - my brunch of rice, lean pork meat vinegar, one hard boiled egg bought from lucky alley on Thu 10.jun.21, 6 days ago. He ate his portion for lunch before me and there is still another portion which he doesn't want to eat anymore so I have to eat it for dinner because I don't want to keep this food any longer in the fridge.

5.30 pm - his dinner of fish paste Mee hoon from the same place as the pork noodle. MYR 10 nett too. I tried the fish paste, texture is a bit QQ and firm. It taste like it has more fish meat in it than other items so this gets a thumbs up from us. Will order this again.

Total price including delivery fees is MYR 24.23 nett.

5.40 pm - my dinner of the remaining Mee hoon from the fish paste Mee hoon in the remaining pork vinegar dish. I use 4 slices of rainbow sprouted bread to soak up all the vinegar gravy so that none goes to waste. The gravy is a bit too sweet. I prefer it to be more sour so I guess we will take a break from having pork vinegar until we feel like eating it again.
