Sabah pork noodle

We noticed this stall in a shop in Section 17, PJ selling Sabah pork noodle and wondered how it compared to local pork noodle so my spouse ordered a bowl. This broth is very clear with a slight peppery taste whereas local pork broth is quite murky with no peppery taste. Nevertheless this bowl of noodle is tasty with many slices of pork.

  3. That is my kind of soup. When you go to Kuching, you must taste kolok mee and cheng soup. Cheng soup is assortment of fish fillet, fish balls, minced meat with liver etc. The soup is clear.

  4. Ahhhhh!!!! You have this there? I like!!! We have a shop here too, selling this. They told me it originated from Sabah...but no veg and what's that? Pig's blood? Ooooo...I like!!! They do not have that here either. :( Of course it's not peppery - it's something different from the pork innards soup that you people have over there - I had that once, very nice too!
