2 slices of wholemeal bread, avocado, onion rings marinated in balsamic vinegar and anchovies. Tasty?

  1. A slice of bacon or two and it'd be perfect!

  4. Ummmm...if it is not sandwiched in between two slices, is it still called a sandwich? Don't talk to anyone after eating that - all those onions. Hehehehehehe!!!!

    1. Mamarazzi is spot on. This sandwich is breakfast for an elderly person on a low fat low salt diet so no bacon is allowed.

    1. Actually the anchovies were used to boil soup and then removed from the soup to be eaten like this for any leftover nutrients in them and also for fibre.
