Oh Yeah connaught

On Tuesday 2.june.2026, went to Oh Yeah kopitiam at taman Connaught cheras for brunch and found traffic to be very smooth. Then only realized that this day is also a public holiday.

8.21 am - surprisingly there were many customers so early in the morning.

He ordered sang har aka fresh water prawns noodles MYR 17.80++

Hot ipoh white coffee MYR 4.50++

Classic curry ccf MYR 5.90++ which both of us found to be very very spicy 🥵 

I ordered cold Hainan coffee MYR 3.90++

8.27 am - Kaya butter toasts and soft boiled eggs set MYR 5.90++

8.28 am - Total MYR 42.55 nett paid 9.30 am.

9.31 am - oh yeah shopfront 

Then we walked to Thong Kee Connaught where we saw a street wet market with two pork stalls.

The eateries we noticed on the walk are:

Madam chiam curry noodle house with many customers dining in so early

JS Tasty

Prince hotpot

At 9.49 am, it started to rain 🌧️ ☔ so we ran back to the car in the drizzle 😂 and stopped by family mart to buy dark chocolate soft serve and one sandwich.

3.30 pm - we ate 3 strawberries each from a box of 15 strawberries from Yunnan MYR 28.90 nett bought on Monday 1.june.2026 1.27 pm from jygrcr gardens mall 

3.33 pm - Dark chocolate soft serve in cup MYR 3.90 nett and one chicken floss egg sandwich MYR 5.90 nett. Got a MYR 1 discount, don't know why, so the total price is MYR 8.80 nett. Maybe because the sandwich expiry date is the next day but it tastes very nice so is still ok. Bought at 10.08 am.

4.06 pm - I ate all the solidified vinegar gravy as jelly. It is from the trotters vinegar dish he bought from kiow jie ytf taman Desa on Wednesday 27.may.2026 MYR 20 nett

Ah, at this point of writing, I only remember the curry lamb meat is still in my freezer from the same day 🥶
