Local KL Cuti Cuti

On Saturday 18.may.2024, it was a local cuti cuti in kl town as all is back. Here is a summary of the eateries visited:

1. 10.47 am grab to Grumpy Bagels at Imbi

2. 10.59 am ate sui gao at Win Heng Seng

3. 11.26 am share iced long black at Plan B TRX

4. 1.50 pm grab to Sek Yuen Pudu

5. 2.09 pm lunch for 7 at Sek Yuen Pudu 

6. 3.03 pm walk to Spillstone Coffee Pudu

7. 4 pm grab to kt pagoda as it is closing

8. 4.20 pm grab back

*** Grumpy Bagels Imbi ***

10.48 am - grab there and found that there is a long queue so bought takeaway 3 bagels: matcha red bean, chocolate and berry at a total of around MYR 42.70 nett, around MYR 14 ish for one bagel. After that we walked to Win Heng Seng coffee shop.

*** Win Heng Seng Imbi ***

10.59 am - mixed pork innards soup without noodles MYR 13 nett. Add MYR 4 worth of livers. Total MYR 17 nett.

11.06 am - 6 sui gao soup MYR 12 nett and one Cham ping to share.

*** Plan B TRX ***

11.26 am - crossed the road to this unique plan B cafe to wait for the call for lunch. Waited for 2 hours in this nice environment.

11.42 am - two of us shared one glass of iced long black MYR 13.90 nett and sat at this table for 2 hours. The Grumpy Bagels paper bag contains 3 bagels.

12.30 noon - cashier counter.

1.19 pm - looking at Win Heng Seng from Plan B TRX. Got the call at around 1.40 pm so grab to Sek Yuen Pudu.

2.10 pm - lunch for 7 pax. After 3 hours of weighing and calculating.

2.39 pm - total MYR 356.35 nett kid4+ treat thanks!

3.03 pm - walked to this cafe for coffee.

3.03 pm - entrance 

3.04 pm - tunnel walkway to glass conservatory seating area.

3.06 pm - the glass conservatory. Bright 🌞 

3.45 pm - two of us shared a glass of long black and ate kid 4 kuih lapis when no outside food is allowed but the staff didn't scold our table. Is Kid1's treat.

4 pm - all 7 grab to kw pagoda just as they were closing up so have to visit again the next morning.

*** Early Dinner ***

6.43 pm - my portion of clearing 3 of 3 tofufa from previous Sunday.

7.58 pm - the 3 bagels.

8.01 pm - I ate the whole matcha red bean bagel. There is a bit of chewy mochi in the bagel. Thick chewy bagel is tasty.
