On Tuesday 5.Dec.2023:

1. he went over to prepare breakfast early in the morning. 

2. Then we went to photocopy the meds list at 1st one 

3. And then to Thong Kee for lunch. 

4. Also bought roast chicken rice lunch for the elderly. 

5. Went Guardian pharmacy to buy dressings for head wound but don't know which type of dressings to buy so didn't buy any.

6. Served lunch for the elderly while I walked home

7. After the elderly ate lunch, they went together to Taman Desa to buy head wound dressings.

8. Went to care center to deliver the dressings.

9. Go together to update 6h book.

10. Bought red bean tong sui and ham Chim peng.

11. Served the elderly the tong sui and then only go back.

10.40 am - he ordered char siew wanton Mee MYR 8.50 nett and 3 deep fried prawn sui gao MYR 10 nett.

10.47 am - I ate this remaining portion of his wanton noodles. Very fragrant lard taste because I think they mixed lard oil with the wanton noodles. There is one big prawn in the deep fried sui gao so it is tasty.

10.38 am - my single portion of roast chicken breast meat MYR 6 nett.

10.38 am - his two half boiled eggs MYR 3.60 nett.

10.37 am - my iced coffee O Kosong aka without sugar MYR 4.20 nett which is about 20 mouthfuls for me. His iced Cham MYR 4.90 nett. My omad. I didn't eat anything else after this meal.

1. He went with the elderly to care center to deliver the dressings for the head wound.

2. The ward says need to change the dressing daily and to remove the sutures on day 7.

3. The elderly is sleepy due to the painkillers and antibiotics.
