On Thursday 5.may.22, we ate the food we bought on Tuesday for dinner and went out to buy lunch for ourselves and the Elderlies. A loaf of gardenia wholemeal bread for the Elderlies at MYR 3.60 nett.

His lunch: a small portion of rice, napa cabbage, tomato eggs, bitter gourd, yin choy, and minced pork patty at MYR 8 nett.
The Elderlies lunch:
1. A small portion of rice, egg tofu, tomato eggs, minced pork patty, oyster mushrooms, 3 small pieces of zhar yuk and 2 pieces of Muk yee at MYR 8.5 nett.
2. Deboned roast chicken thigh with chicken rice at MYR 6.5 nett.
A side note: one Elderly informed that there was some unwell feeling at night, heavy head or heavy chest so took GTN.
Hope all is well with the elderly. Your instant veggie curry looks good with overloaded ingredients.

Praying that they are ok. Thank you for your concern. True, cannot keep the curry gravy for too long. Must use it up asap. Yes the mix together vegetables is tasty.
