On Saturday 1.jan.22, we went to buy breakfast and lunch for the Elderlies.
12.40 noon - this is thick curly meehoon. This meehoon will stay springy forever even though it is soaked in soup for a long time. Therefore, fish head Mee hoon usually uses this thick curly meehoon.
1.14 pm - this is the normal meehoon which is thin and will soak up all the soup in the bowl. I ate this remaining meehoon from the previous day with pickled green chilis.
12.50 noon - his lunch of sui gao dumplings soup wanton noodles MYR 7 nett from Million ocean coffee shop.
I prefer the thin new hoon. Rarely see thick curly mee hoon been served here.

DeleteI too prefer the thin bee hoon. But the thick bee hoon will be good for Vietnamese noodle.

DeleteI always prefer the thick ones. And I never order the thin meehoon in plain soup form... which I notice is what you like. :)
ReplyDeleteI always order thin mihun cos I like soft soft mihun. The thick ones are springy QQ so I don't like them.
