Go Spicy Go Prawns

Since I was still craving for shrimps and prawns, I ordered fresh prawns thin mee hoon in superior soup - MYR16.40+ (MYR18 nett) for lunch at Jaya One. There were 3 prawns and I can vouch for their freshness as I ate the roe from their heads and savoured the pure taste of prawns.

Can you see the words "Go Noodle House" on the bowl above? This shows that their bowls are custom made just for them.

My friend tried the pork ball noodle in spicy soup - MYR10.60+ (MYR11.65 nett). Spicy soup costs MYR0.50+ more than superior soup. I dare not try this spicy soup seeing that it looks so spicy.

  1. Nice bowl. I know Arthur (STP) will love this as he loves anything white and blue when it comes to tableware. It is so special to customize their name on it too.

I've eaten pork ball noodle in spicy soup once. I can handle it. For me it is not too spicy but for the rest of the gang they were already burning.

  5. If I were to take the fresh prawn noodles, I will add in some cut chili padi to spice up the clear soup. It will definitely taste better that way. That's my style. Wow! Your friend's spicy soup really looks red!

  7. I also dare not order the spicy soup because I am scared that they might contain those small red cili padi which they use in their condiments. That one, I surrender :D

  10. I think this Go Noodles at 1U is the only restaurant that we have eaten the most for 2016. I didn;t try this spicy prawns yet but I will do so now. I enjoyed their food and noticed all their personalized printed crockery including plates. Poor thing most have cracks and chips due to their dishwashing.
