Bird Nest Roti Canai

On Tuesday 2.dec.2025, early morning at 8.06 am, joined the queue to buy subsidised meds at the hospital. The counter only opens at 8.30 am. My turn at 9.01 am. Waited for nearly 1 hour.

7.41 am - stopped on the way for him to have breakfast. Roti canai sarang burung aka paratha bread bird nest with two sunny side up eggs on top MYR 5.50 nett and hot cham MYR 4.80 nett. Total MYR 10.30 nett. I didn't eat at all because I am keeping my stomach for macaroni soup later.

After buying the subsidised meds, he wanted to eat lunch at yuan Fong Kopitiam.

9.47 am - I chose char siew crispy lard rice for him MYR 11.90+, ma lai gao MYR 3.90+ and bubur Cha Cha MYR 4.90+ which we shared. Luckily the portion is not big so we can still go Kam Kee to eat one more meal.

He bought takeaway 5 pieces of sui gao in soup MYR 11.40+ after adding MYR 0.50+ for packaging and fed the elderly sui gao.

9.36 am - interior 

9.33 am - the shop between the green signboard shop and uncle leong shop is yuan Fong Kopitiam.

*** Kam Kee Tropika ***

After delivering the meds and feeding the elderly sui gao, we went to Kam Kee.

11.56 am - he ordered beef slices stir fry kway teow noodles in egg gravy MYR 20.80+

11.56 am - I ordered one egg MYR 2.80+, pork chop macaroni in borscht soup MYR 20.80+ and ice barley lemon without sugar MYR 6.80+

Total MYR 59.40 nett.

12.01 noon - I put the pork chop together with the egg. I will order this dish again.

12.02 noon - the pork chop is lean, thick and tender enough so is suitable for me.

12.30 noon - I didn't bring my container from home so the macaroni and noodles above remained behind because I was just too full.
