Flying Saucer Fish Dumplings

On Saturday 14.nov.2025, went to Taman Desa for food.

*** Sky Kopitiam ***

8.36 am - he wanted to try these dumplings so I bought a bowl of 10 dumplings MYR 11 nett without noodles. They are called flying saucer fish dumplings because of their shapes. The dumpling is made solely from fish paste.

8.21 am - he ordered fish balls noodles soup MYR 10 nett and hot cham aka coffee mixed tea MYR 2.70 nett. Not sure why but the hot cham has apricot kernels powder aka xing ren 杏仁powder taste.

8.26 am - from another stall he ordered this dry glass noodles with prawns MYR 14.90 nett.

*** Tuk Tuk Tei ***

After that, I wanted to eat chapfan no rice, so walked to Tuk Tuk Tei but all seats are occupied so waited for a while for a table.

9.01 am - my chapfan no rice MYR 10.50 nett:

1. Steamed eggs

2. Two braised eggs

3. Bitter gourd 

4. Malabar spinach 

5. Pumpkin 

6. White tofu

*** Sepetang coffee shop ***

10.52 am - he bought takeaway roast chicken drumsticks because the siew yoke was not ready yet but while buying the roast pork was available so he added roast pork too for a total of MYR 14 nett. I didn't eat any of the above roast meat.

*** Clear Fridge Food ***

11.10 am - I know the lotus salted egg pastry and sesame seeds toppings pastry with chicken floss fillings are still in the fridge since last Saturday, one week ago but I have forgotten about the two halves of egg tarts. 

It doesn't matter because I ate all the Above to clear the food without any wastage. He ate one eighth of the lotus salted egg pastry and nothing else if the above remaining TK Bakery pastries.

Also we finished off the blueberries 🫐 

Morning 44.35 Next morning 44.30 removed 50g water due to blueberries are natural diuretic.
