Salmon Don Sunny Republic

On Thursday 17.april.2025, we found a valid roadside parking space nearer to sunny republic coffee shop so we ate our brunch there instead of walking to yit char Kaw Kaw.

9.13 am - the stall sells teriyaki salmon Don MYR 15 nett. He convinced the seller to grill the salmon with a bit of salt instead of teriyaki sauce. Luckily the seller was persuaded to cook it this way to be salmon shioyaki despite being not confident that the salmon will be cooked as nice as salmon teriyaki. We shared this dish. I will order this salmon Don again, shioyaki.

9.10 am - he ordered pork mix soup without noodles MYR 10 nett and found out it wasn't authentic pork mix because it has fish cakes in the soup and no liver no intestine.

9.21 am - hot cham, Kaya butter toasts and eggs MYR 8.10 nett 

*** Clear Freezer n Fridge Food ***

11.45 am - frozen peach mochi strudel direct from freezer. I ate all the peaches on top of the cream on Saturday 12.april.2025, 5 days ago.

11.47 am - frozen cream doesn't taste like ice cream

11.50 am - pleasant surprise to find out that there are slices of peach in the mochi layer.

12.37 noon - both of us ate all the remaining fried items bought on Friday 11.april.2025, 6 days ago.

Managed to get rid of 100g water by completing food early for the day without drinking any coffee ☕.
