On Monday 22.dec.2025, went to pinnacle condo to have food.

11 am - curry wanton noodles MYR 18.90+

Side view. The curry broth is not spicy, more on the sweet side.

11.06 am - croissant with scrambled eggs, cheese and bacon fillings MYR 13.90+

Without bacon MYR 10.90+ but I chose the with bacon.

There is just one small slice of bacon sticking to the underside of the upper half croissant.

Also ordered cold coffee MYR 5.20+

Total MYR 41.80 nett.

Before this meal, we shared one egg tart, hot white coffee, eggs and Kaya toasts MYR 12.55 at nam heong pinnacle.

2.37 pm - he cooked the naps cabbage 🥬 bought from urban supermarket at pinnacle condo with pork ribs bought from jy grcr on Sunday in the remaining bak kut teh soup.

On Saturday 26.april.2025, was on the way to eat brunch at swee heng but it started to rain so we went to park at  pinnacle condo basement car park.

9.32 am - he ordered nasi lemak chicken drumstick rendang.

9.37 am - my croissant 🥐 with ham egg cheese MYR 12.90+

Soft boiled eggs MYR 4.60++ for him.

On Tuesday 15.april.2025, there are roads closure around Klang valley for 3 days starting on this day so for these 3 days we will just go to Sri Petaling for food and not drive out far.

3.03 pm - this frozen chicken muk Yee dish MYR 18 nett was bought from Laow Di Fang on Monday 6.jan.2025, 3+ months ago so it is time to eat it. He used the gravy in the frozen pack to cook the nai Pak vege and put it in a separate glass bowl.  I drank all the gravy to not waste it.

3.38 pm - he requested me to eat all the nai Pak vegetables in this bowl.

6.19 pm - I ate 6 pieces of yam layer cake and 2 pieces of pandan layer cake.

Buttery Crispy Croissant

Sunday 13.aug.2023 is his Elderlies all meals duty day so we went to Taman Desa to buy their lunch and 126 Mixed Rice Sri Petaling to buy their dinner.

*** 10 Kopitiam Taman Desa ***

11.15 am - his coffee MYR 4.50+ and my egg croissant MYR 9.9+ with meat chop instant noodles soup MYR 14.90+ for us to share although he didn't eat the croissant because it is buttery. I like the taste of the crispy buttery croissant so I will order it again.

11.28 am - after he has eaten the noodles, this is my portion. The lean pork chop is very suitable for me. I made a special request for the fried egg to have a fully cooked egg yolk as the default is a sunny side up fried egg. This noodles soup dish is tasty and affordable. I drank just a bit of the soup with very fragrant sesame oil taste because I prefer tomato soup.

Total price is MYR 31.05 nett.

10.41 am - his all meat brunch at sky Kopitiam Taman Desa. Roast chicken thigh and siew yuk MYR 10 nett. For the Elderlies:

2. Small portion of chicken rice with roast chicken thigh and siew yuk MYR 11 nett.

10.38 am - next to sky Kopitiam, kinza Bistro is having their opening day. This bistro serves iberico pork steak so maybe we will give it a try one day.

4.08 pm - his chapfan no rice early dinner MYR 6.60 nett. I didn't eat as I had my omad at 10 Kopitiam so I watched him eat his dinner.

Hazukido

This bakery from Taiwan that specializes in croissants opened in SS15 Subang Jaya in July 2019.

There are many toppings or fillings and I selected one Lemon Icing croissant at MYR 6.80 nett. It is one of the lowest price.

Lemon icing croissant in a takeaway bag because I don't think there is a dining area for customers to eat in. I wonder can this bakery survive here as it mainly sells croissant. Guess the big student population here may help it stay afloat.

I was still hungry after eating the croissant so I bought a few buns from TK (used to be known as Tong Kee) during tea time and the next day.

Total cost is MYR 21.20 nett for 5 buns and 1 chiffon cake.
