Promo 65 Ondo Sri Petaling

On Wednesday 3.june.2026, went to Yuen Kee Sri Petaling which opens at 10 am to try their dumplings and saw 65 Ondo bakery having their opening day promotion so went there to buy any items and share online to get a foc bread.

3.57 pm - mocha basque cheese cake MYR 24.90 nett. I ate it all in one sitting. Strong coffee taste. Texture is like non baked cheese cakes.

So after eating all food, we went to 65 Ondo and bought items to share online to get the foc bread below:

I bought one mocha basque cheese cake MYR 24.90 nett and one cotton cheese cake MYR 17 nett. Bill above MYR 40 nett will receive a MYR 10 off voucher when buy above MYR 30 nett next time.

3.57 pm - soft and easy to eat. I ate half and kept half in the fridge for the next day.

One shrimp combo A MYR 27.90

- shrimp n pork dumplings 10 pieces taste ok

- in classic Cantonese soup

- lettuce garlic gravy 

- cold green bean tong sui with lotus seeds because the hot version is not available 

One portion of 10 shitake mushrooms, water chestnuts and pork dumplings, just plain boiled MYR 16.90 which I prefer because of the strong mushroom taste and crunchy water chestnuts 

Total MYR 44.80 nett.

11.01 am - ordered Oden to use the MYR 1 off when order MYR 5 voucher.

11.02 am - he chose plain classic fishball soup base, odeng fish cake, crab fish cake, lobster ball and I ordered 2 pieces of daikon at MYR 3 each.

Total MYR 12.10 nett.

11.23 am - yesterday's mystery solved. The MYR 1 off is because of this 6 am to 11 am sandwich promo where sandwich is MYR 4.90 instead of the usual MYR 5.90 during morning.

On Tuesday 13.may.2025, he chose to go to oug for food.

11 am - my food: iced long black MYR 11, rum raisin cheese cake with strong rum MYR 20 and grilled cheese sourdough sandwich MYR 15. 😋

His selection: white curry noodles MYR 9 nett and pork misua MYR 12 nett. I chose the misua noodles. We shared the above two bowls of noodles.

11.23 am - cendol MYR 6.80 nett and ice bubur Cha Cha with 30% sweetness MYR 7.50 nett.

3.22 pm - he ate his roast meat combo takeaway for his early dinner. I didn't eat any of his early dinner as I have completed my meals at 12 noon.

He bought a portion with rice for the elderly at 10.30 am with a pack of Teena.

On Sunday 23.feb.2025, early morning we ate breakfast at Thong Kee Sri Petaling who was full of early birds. Then he dropped me off at national hockey stadium bukit jalil where I walked to and crossed the bridge of Kuyoh river to get to bukit jalil lrt station. 

Took the lrt train to Awan Besar lrt station MYR 1.90 nett and then took the free shuttle rapidkl bus via muhibbah to pavilion bukit jalil to meet up with 3 of my secondary school friends and 1 primary school friend at 1pm. After the gathering, my friend dropped me home on her way to Cheras for dinner around 6pm.

Nice meet up after more than 5 years of not seeing them since 2020 when the pandemic started.

8.26 am - from the stairs head to bukit jalil lrt station n took the train to Awan besar lrt station MYR 1.90 nett .

8.50 am - at Awan besar lrt station, free 9am rapidkl feeder bus to pavilion bukit jalil.

9.12 am - reached pavilion bukit jalil 

9.21 am - need to wait till 10 am for pavilion bukit jalil to open officially 

11.16 am - popular labubu MYR 19.80 nett for my friend's 8 years old daughter, bought from Karafu, Tokyo Street

11.51 am - sat here to do the wrapping when asked the salesgirls here, they say ok can sit but they went and asked the security guard to chase me off, so double faced. But the security guard stood guard over me until I completed the wrapping and then only I walked away. If they replied cannot sit here unless you are a customer, I would have gone to another place to do the wrappings. Just be direct next time and don't ask the security guard to be the not good person.

After that I went to the common seating area outside Miso Level 3 orange zone.

1 pm - all items all wrapped up nicely for a little girl to unwrap. I bought 2 pieces of colourful wrapping paper MYR 2 each and a small card from Karafu Level 2 orange zone near Tokyo Teppan.

*** JP & Co Pavilion Bukit Jalil ***

My friend recommended that we all eat lunch here and she gave us a lunch treat.

1.48 pm - "change of egg cooking method will imposed RM1 charges"

1st time I encountered this charge for customisation.

I ordered only coffee and cake because I thought I would have time for another savoury meal but we were too busy chit chatting that very soon it was 5 pm and all my friends have to adjourn to their own individual appointments.

7.50 pm - he cooked this frozen Sui gao frozen spinach meal because I was starving when I got home.

Despite completing my meals at 8 pm and eating carb and sugar during the day, 450g of water still disappeared because I did a lot of standing and walking during the day.

Blueberry Cheese Lava Cake

On Wednesday 22.dec.21, we stayed at home the whole day and order just one delivery to cover 3 meals.

1.59 pm - I ate the blueberry cheese lava cake bought from Domino's Pizza on the previous Wed which means this 9 cm aka 3.5 inches cake has been in my fridge for 7 days. When I received this cake immediately after delivery, it was piping hot to be able to give the lava effect. Since I ate it cold directly from the fridge, the lava effect is no longer applicable. List price is MYR 15.90 which is a bit on the high side but there are always some suitable coupons on Domino's web store to get some discounts.

2.02 pm - the layer of blueberries in the middle taste good. The cheese taste is ok.

12.20 noon - our shared lunch of curry noodles from New Lian Hin coffee shop.

12.39 noon - my share of curry noodles for lunch with the portion of pepper stomach meehoon he kept for me from his breakfast. This pepper stomach soup mihun was bought on Sunday, 3 days ago from ICC Pudu Food Court.

4.30 pm - sweet potatoes tong sui with strong ginger taste in the syrupy water. I like to eat the pieces of sweet potatoes which they gave quite a lot. The other tong sui dessert we bought is glutinous rice tong sui and by default they added a lot of santan aka coconut milk to it which is fine by me.

5.28 pm - our shared dinner of siew yuk and char siew rice. Quite a lot of meat for MYR 11.70 so we may buy this rice more often as it tastes good too. 

Delivery fee is at MYR 6.35  but luckily the feastkv promo code cancels that off. New Lian Hin is one eatery where we can buy different types of food for the whole day so it is on our regular list now.

Frozen Mini Cheese Cakes

Today is Thursday 29.jul.21 Day 31 of PPN phase 1. Yesterday we stayed at home for the whole day eating food from the fridge and didn't open the main door at all.

*** Saturday 24.jul.21 ***

1.40 pm - Frozen mini cheese cakes. Can you tell which one is mango and which one is peach?

I bought all 12 flavours available on Foodpanda. Ate 4 and gave 6 away so now I still have 2 in the freezer.

These are the 12 flavours. I ate say cheese, durian, mango and peach. Still in the freezer are matcha and dark chocolate. Gave 6 away.

On their website, there are 3 flavours not available in Foodpanda list: durian king, strawberry and lemon. Foodpanda list has an extra Milo flavour.

The price is MYR 86.32 nett for all 12 that I bought so it is a very very good price.

It is best to eat it frozen like ice cream.

1.30 pm - they are in cardboard boxes and plastic bag. No cooler bags.

We stayed home the whole day and ate the food below from the fridge.

7.06 am - his breakfast of yee Mee pork noodles from Swee Heng, bought on Tue 27.jul.21.

12 noon - I ate my portion of his breakfast.

 

12.15 noon - 14 slices of grouper Fillet from Mr Fish bought on Tues 27.jul.21.

12.15 noon - both of us attempted to eat the two portions of Mee hoon with the fish. 

4.40 pm - steam the remaining baos from Tuesday to eat and clear during dinner time.

4.53 pm - opened up the curry chicken bao to find that it has an aluminum container inside for the curry chicken.  Not spicy with very rich coconut taste.
