Just Good Coffee

On Saturday 5.oct.2024, went to Chun Heong Bangsar for food and then to midvalley mall.

10.01 am - I noticed this new cafe but didn't try the coffee drinks yet.

10 am - renovation completed for ben's eatery.

9.56 am - Ben's at South court midvalley mall top view.

9.27 am - round 2 at oriental Kopi midvalley mall.

8.48 am - eggs MYR 4.60++

Iced coffee MYR 9.50++

8.51 am - our favourite Kaya butter toast MYR 4.90++

8.52 am - our favourite boneless chicken meat mihun MYR 17.90++

9.26 am - total MYR 42.80 nett. There is no toast egg coffee set on weekends for this branch so we ordered ala carte.

11.07 am - Round 3 at I loved yoo! Kiosk. He chose all the food:

1. Set B youtiao and hot soy drink MYR 8.60 nett

2. Salted egg yolk lotus paste puff MYR 3.90 nett

3. Black sesame ham chim Peang MYR 3.50 nett

As there are more customers in this mall, the deep fried items are just fried.

11.06 am - total price MYR 16 nett.

8.07 am - Round 1, our favourite 3jc dry mihun horfun MYR 10 nett.

8.10 am - he also ordered Kaya butter toast with hot coffee MYR 5.90 nett. The Kaya taste of flavouring and the butter tastes like margarine so no more next time for toasts.

Lor Pan Mee

On Friday 4.oct.2024, went to Ming Hin ssg for brunch.

8.27 am - saw a new item on the menu which is lor pan mee so ordered a small bowl MYR 13.90 nett to try.

8.33 am - he also ordered a hot coffee MYR 2.50 nett and a luncheon meat egg toasts MYR 5.50 nett which we shared. Total price MYR 21.90 nett.

8.25 am - foc 2 x 2 soft boiled eggs, all for him.

8.31 am - he ate 2 foc soft boiled eggs with the lor pan mee.

2nd dish half price promo

On Thursday 3.oct.2024, went to Pavilion Bukit Jalil to try more meals from the new Jordan Cafe which is having a promo of the lower priced 2nd meal at half price until 6.oct.2024 Sunday.

11.10 am - my order MYR 23.90+ after promo half price is MYR 11.95+ Scrambled eggs siew yuk fried rice with a bit of curry gravy. Luckily the fried rice is not that much so after he has tried a bit of the fried rice, I could eat all the remaining fried rice.

11.10 am - I asked him to eat most of the siew yuk while I ate two pieces of the fatty siew yuk.

11.01 am - he ordered signature black char siew shrimp wantons MYR 25.90+ and he says the soup is not hot enough and too much wanton noodles so he requested for pickled green chili but they only have chili sauce, chili padi and chili oil. 

11.05 am - he chose chili oil and this is the chili oil which adds some oommphh to the wanton noodles. The shrimp wanton has a part which needs to be cooked longer because that part is where the dough skin gathers together to close the wanton dumpling. I ate the remaining wanton noodles and 2 remaining shrimp wanton dumplings.

11.09 am - foc iced coffee when join hp2 number to their wataps group.

11.55 am - total price is MYR 41.65 nett paid by tng because currently they are not accepting card payments yet.

11.55 am - saw these baos in the shape of 🐢 but I didn't buy them.

12.25 noon - bought one original roti boy bun MYR 3.2 nett and one mocha roti boy bun MYR 3.4 nett for him while he bought a cup of hot black coffee from family mart because rotiboy says their hot coffee is not ready yet.

Gong Pear desserts still reply no loquat so we didn't eat any gong Pear desserts because he wants to try their loquat.

10.23 am - before eating at Jordan Cafe, we shared one breakfast set MYR 16.10 nett at Oriental Kopi because it is our favourite kaya butter toasts.

LM Tasty Noodle House

On Wednesday 2.oct.2024, no parking around Soon Lei so he went to new lian Hin and then JS tasty noodles which is now known as LM tasty noodle house but the signboard outside the shop is not changed, still says js tasty. His decision on what and where to eat as it is his turn today.

10.20 am - curry mee small MYR 10.50 nett.

10.23 am - mixed meat innards soup no noodles MYR 9.50 nett. Total MYR 20 nett.

*** LM Tasty Noodle House ***

10.47 am - my iced champ MYR 4.20+ and his hot coffee MYR 3.20+ with my two braised eggs MYR 4+ with a bit of braised gravy that tastes a bit of lard.

10.48 am - 2 orange egg yolks soft boiled eggs MYR 3.50+ for him.

10.54 am - kaya butter toasts with a bit of peanut butter by default MYR 4 nett.

11.08 am - Total MYR 20.80 nett. The bill has two names, JS Tasty and LM Tasty.

My omad is completed at 11 am after these two meals.

11.09 am - the green signboard is new lian Hin eatery and the near corner shop is LM Tasty Noodle House but the signboard still says JS Tasty Noodle House.

Use Last Voucher

On Tuesday 1.oct.2024, went to yitcha kaw kaw Sri Petaling to use the MYR 10 off voucher.

9.13 am - we shared this herbal duck leg wanton noodles MYR 18.90++

9.09 am - two soft boiled eggs which he alone ate because I only eat fully cooked eggs. These eggs are part of the breakfast set.

9.14 am - breakfast set MYR 10.90++ of butter kaya thin toasts, coffee and eggs.

9.39 am - total is MYR 22.95 nett after using the MYR 10 off voucher. No more vouchers are given to us this time. There is a promo of 5 prefixed pastries for MYR 10 nett but we didn't buy the 5 pastries.
