*** Nanyang Cafe Midvalley mall ***
Long queue at Oriental kopi and Ah Cheng Laksa hasn't opened yet so Nanyang Cafe it was then.
*** Canton-i Gardens mall ***
12.28 noon - I ordered congee for him and he selected livers fish fillets congee MYR 16.90++ with a small saucer of deep fried crunchy you tiao. He also added one century egg MYR 4.90++
This Cantonese style congee is very very smooth without any grain of rice in sight.
The amount is quite little but they did give a whole stalk of siew bok choy.
This time we didn't count the number of prawns. Without rice, this dish is quite salty.
12.59 noon - we didn't order any drinks because we planned to have drinks elsewhere and the congee is in liquid form so we are confident that we won't choke on the food without drinks.
Total for 3 items: MYR 85.40 nett. This time when the cashier asked me: were the wet towels used? I replied no as we didn't use them so we were not charged for MYR 1++ x 2
*** Bungkus kaw kaw gardens mall ***
12.59 noon - he went to bungkus kaw kaw to buy a cup of hot coffee ☕ surprisingly he bought spicy pulut rolls aka glutinous rice rolls with spicy coconut fillings wrapped in banana leaves.
Total for 2 items: MYR 12.70 nett.
Morning 44.70
Next morning 44.40
Removed 300g water because completed my meals early at 1.30 pm.
*** The End ***
