On Friday 23.sep.2022, stayed home and ordered two Foodpanda deliveries.

*** Tradisi Kopitiam ***

12.15 noon - 3 food items.

They did as requested this time. They didn't give me any sambal as per my note. Very good.

1.13 pm - sei dai tin Wong aka four heavenly king dish: brinjal, long bean, four angled bean and okra stir fried with belacan. Should have petai instead of okra but I guess they don't have petai so replaced it with okra. This dish is very salty.

I was surprised to see they sell plain mihun without soup so I bought one portion to soak up the remaining curry gravy from two days ago.

12.45 noon - 4 food items. The papaya ribs soup and 4 dai tin Wong vege dish lasted us for 3 meals, one meal a day from Friday to Sunday. Can you see the boiled plain mihun without soup in the left bottom container? I could have cooked mihun at home but since I am ordering delivery, it is easier to just order the mihun instead of cooking it at home.

Packaging.

1.34 pm - the plain mihun soaked up all the remaining curry gravy as expected. The Sei Dai Tin Wong veges are in the left top corner. So after 3 meals: one meal a day for 3 consecutive days from Wednesday to Friday, I finally finished eating all the curry gravy.

Coriander Chips

On Thursday 22.sep.2022, it was drizzling the whole morning so we went to the nearby Tim Won coffee shop to buy chapfan for the Elderlies.

*** Coriander Flavour Potato Chips ***

Coriander flavoured potato chips from Oishi 上好佳 brand which I thought is from a company in mainland but online search says the headquarters of this company is in the Philippines. The potato chips are very thinly sliced, crispy but on the oily side. For this coriander flavour, I detect a slight minty taste.

I bought 3 packs from Shopee all the way from Johor. Inclusive of delivery fees and after deducting the shopeecoins Cashback, it is about MYR 3 per pack.

*** Tim Won chapfan ***

He bought 3 packs of chapfan lunch MYR 24 from Tim Won coffee shop for himself and the Elderlies.

*** Dinner *** 

His dinner of instant noodles with the remaining curry from Canton Kitchen bought the previous day with 2 okra ytf and 1 brinjal ytf.

I bought 4 brinjal ytf, 4 okra ytf and 2 deep fried sui Gao at MYR 2 each from Fatty Mok coffee shop when he was buying chapfan lunch. The filling of the ytf is now quite soft so he didn't like it. He prefers the previous filling which is not so soft.

My dinner of instant noodles with remaining cold curry direct from the fridge. I couldn't eat all the curry gravy so I kept it again in the fridge for the next day.

My Favourite Fruit Vege Salad

On Wednesday 21.sep.2022, stayed at home and ordered two Foodpanda deliveries.

*** Salad Atelier ***

2.26 pm - my lunch of Fruit Vege Salad named Vegan Thunder from Salad Atelier. After eating this fruit vege salad, I declare it to be my favourite item from Salad Atelier. I didn't eat all dressings provided separately. I kept most of the dressings for another day to spread out my sugar intake as the dressings contain sugar.

Reasons are:

1. It doesn't have any dressings or sauces mixed into it. Two types of dressing are provided separately:

A. Sweet Tangy Fruity yellow dressing

B. Sourish olive oil dressing

2. It has:

Kiwi, canned pineapple, mango, raisin.

Carrot, sweet potato, avocado, beetroot, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, lettuce

A security sticker across the 18 cm diameter container.

Summer Avo Salad is for his lunch as this salad is suitable for him.

12.36 noon - my choice: sweet sour fish fillet on the left. His choice: siew yuk chicken curry on the right.

Pandapro package has increased free delivery from 12 times to 30 times. Rice for him as I am not eating rice to save my carb quota for my sweet tooth.

*** Tomato Egg ***

5.38 pm - my dinner. He fried an egg for me to eat with the sweet sour fish fillet. I love the taste of tomato sweet sour gravy with fried eggs.

Chocolate Orange Pop

On Tuesday 20.sep.2022, went Hiong Mei chapfan eatery to buy lunch for the Elderlies. Choy Kei coffee shop is closed for one day as per their monthly schedule.

*** Friday 16.sep.2022 ***

Chocolate Orange Pop ice cream mooncake - dark chocolate ice cream with popping candy taste. Very pretty.

The dark chocolate shell is sprayed with Raspberry chocolate velvet and the shell is very thin and crisp so it broke when I cut it.

The base tastes like chocolate rice puffs.

In the middle of this ice cream mooncake is a round chocolate ball filled with orange jam chocolate.

The food in the pan is from the fridge, bought the previous day. The chapfan lunch from Hiong Mei is on the right.

2. 5 ytf: brinjal, okra, red chili, tofu, tofu puff at MYR 2 each so MYR 10 in total.

Garlic Shrimp Wrap

On Monday 19.sep.2022, went to Swee Hing coffee shop to buy pan Mee but the stall is closed so went to Mun Kee to buy pan Mee instead.

Mun Kee pan Mee hand torn noodles soup MYR 8 nett. The tofu is from the braised meat stall.

Two braised eggs and two tofu cost MYR 6 and the braised meat cost MYR 8 nett.

The pork noodles soup stall is closed so bought prawn chicken hor fun soup MYR 14, sui Gao mihun soup MYR 8 and 4 century egg sui Gao MYR 6.50 nett.

On Sunday 18.sep.2022, went to Tuck Tuck Tei coffee shop at Taman Desa to buy chapfan lunch for the Elderlies. In the evening, went to 126 Mixed Rice Sri Petaling to buy chapfan dinner for the Elderlies.

*** Christine's Bakery ***

Saw that Christine's Bakery has a branch now in Pavilion Bukit Jalil and it is on Foodpanda so ordered delivery for a lamb Bagel.

Lamb Bagel with added avocado and scallion omelette. They spread butter on the bagel before putting in the fillings so those who cannot eat butter should be aware of this. This combination is not very flavourful so I like it.

Big bagel. The diameter is 12 cm.

Used Ten promocode to get MYR 10 off.

They are now at Pavilion Bukit Jalil, IOI City Mall and Midvalley Mall too. I bought items from the Sunway and Publika outlets previously.

The lamb Bagel has grilled lamb, cranberry & blueberry jam, pickled cabbage, mint leaves and garden greens as default. They allow add-ons too for a fee as listed above for meat.

Seafood add-ons.

Meat free and cheese add-ons. I chose avocado.

Eggs and fruits add-ons. I chose scallion omelette.

I chose walnut bagel but I think they don't have it so they replaced it with another type of bagel because there is no walnut in the lamb bagel.

His chapfan lunch from Fatty Mixed Rice inclusive of 2 packs for the Elderlies. The watercress vegetable soup with a chicken claw is from Fatt Kee eatery.

Picked up this bkt order from bkt new lucky eatery. Used one of two refund voucher of MYR 12.70 so the price paid is MYR 7.70 nett.

Placed 2nd pick up order at same bkt stall to use two of two refund voucher of MYR 12.70 so the price paid is MYR 3.62 nett. The bkt is for 3 pax dinner.

Pick up two types of soup from Fatt Kee eatery. Used a MYR 5 voucher redeemed using panda points.
