WG All in One Day

 Started the day with a few mouthfuls of Chicken mee hoon in wine broth at MYR 12 nett from a neighbourhood coffee shop. The hailam char costs MYR 1.90 nett and is not mine.

 A scone from BEN grocery store which has abakery section. More savoury than sweet. One scone costs MYR 3.25 nett. My friend bought two and gave me one.

 Chocolate chip scones from BENS.

Lunch: Char siew thin noodles at MYR 10.90+ (10% service charge = MYR 11.99 nett round up to MYR 12 nett). The minced pork is too salty for me and the lard taste is very strong for this bowl of noodles. Shop is Erh Lou at PJ.

McD Purple Sweet Potato Waffle Cone

 Yesterday I saw this cheesecake cone at McD, Midvalley Mall, KL but I didn't buy one because there was no one to share it with me.

 Then my friend showed me a photo of McD ice cream she just ate in Sg. Looks good.

So McD in Sg has Purple Sweet Potato Waffle Cone. Looks tasty so I hope KL would have it too. Wonder how it will taste like.

Hock Hua

Saw this shop in Atria Mall.

Herbal Jelly, 3 bowls for MYR 7.50 nett so I bought 3 containers as takeaways.

It has a bit of bitter taste as expected. The ingredients are listed on the label of the plastic container.

Yee Noodle House

Two plates of wanton noodles.

Deep fried wantons, Hainan char, and Hot Lo Hon Go tong sui.

Total price is MYR 28 nett for two pax.

WG One Week Lunch

My friend's herbal chicken lunch at The Ding's at The Hub, SS2, PJ. Goji berries and Dong guai steamed chicken with rice at MYR 22.90 nett.

Monday's lunch at The Ding's so I ordered the same dish I ate on my previous visit - Soy chicken rice at MYR 16.90 nett. The chicken meat is too tender so I don't like it and won't order it on my next visit.

Tuesday: Tomato chicken pasta at MYR 18 nett at Hideaway, Happy Mansion, PJ.

Wednesday: My usual lunch set at Kopitiam Cafe at Atria Mall. Of course I couldn't eat this large portion of food so I gave the curry puff and half rice to my friends and kept the fish for another meal.

Total price is MYR 16.25 nett.

Thursday: lunch at Tasty Porridge, SS2, PJ. Price is MYR 8.80 nett.

Friday lunch: Tongsui and Ytf ccf at MYR 10.20 nett at Chit Chat Corner, Happy Mansion.

WG Chit Chat Corner

Total price is MYR 10.20 nett. Tong sui of red bean mixed with black glutinous rice at MYR 3 nett. One slice of chee cheong fun at MYR 1.20 nett and 4 pieces of stuffed vegetables (yong tofu) at MYR 1.50 nett each.

They have lunch special dishes from 11 am to 2 pm.

Their name on the receipt is Chit Chat Corner.

An eatery at Happy Mansion, Section 17, PJ which opened a year ago.

A banner says that they sell Petaling Street Chee Cheong Fun, Curry Chicken, Fried Bee Hoon and Tong Sui.

I went there again with my friend on another day and ate 4 stuffed vegetables, 1 sheet of chee cheong fun and a bowl of mung bean tong sui for MYR 10.20 nett. I was so full after that until my stomach feels like bursting. Must remember not to drink tong sui after having lunch.

I unroll two leaves of napa cabbage wrapping a bit of fish paste. Very tasty.

The mung bean tong sui is packed with beans. That was why I was so full until my stomach felt like it wanted to explode.

My friend ordered chicken wine at MYR 15 nett with rice at MYR 0.70 nett.

Many pieces of chicken in the wine broth. She also had a bowl of red bean soup at MYR 3 nett.

WG Hideaway Cakes

I have been here - Hideaway at Happy Mansion, PJ, for lunch once. This is the cashier and cakes counter.

A slice of cake costs MYR 10 nett to MYR 11 nett.

Carrot cake at MYR 11 nett for one slice. Banana coconut cake at MYR 10 nett per slice.

Scones at MYR 6 or 7 nett each depending on the flavour. One day I will try the scone because I believe they are very buttery so will taste good but for now, I couldn't bring myself to pay MYR 6 nett for one plain buttery scone.

A slice of marble cake and butter cake costs MYR 9 nett each. I bought a slice of marble cake

Their signature cake is pandan gula melaka coconut cake at MYR 10 per slice but I didn't buy it.

I bought a slice of marble cake at MYR 9 nett and asked for the slice of marble cake to be kept inside my container from home. The cake is buttery and not that sweet so it tastes good.

This is their menu which I didn't capture during my previous visit.

Both of us ordered Tomato chicken pasta at MYR 18 nett each. Same as what I ordered during my last visit there.
