  2. When I lived in Damansara Jaya, one of the corner houses was demolished and rebuilt. Since I walked to work then, I was able to see the progress and it turned out to become a very beautiful; house. But it must have been hell for the neighbors, with all the banging, digging and drilling.

    1. Neighbours have to tahan lor cos this is a good process. Will increase the value of the whole Taman with rebuilt houses.

  3. A lot of the older houses in the neighborhood were rebuild when sold to new owner, some change to modern design or added an extra storey. I wonder how dbkl can approve that...

    1. Dbkl got proper approval process. Got architect submit plans properly.
Must rebuild cos these houses very old n not safe to live in anymore.
This is a good process else the neighbourhood houses are dilapidated and no one can live in them.n the Taman will turn 👻 town. So is good got people do proper process to rebuild and do gentrification to improve the neighborhood.

  4. The pear dessert looks good. I'm taking a note of it as I've not seen it anywhere so far.
