Bread Banana

On Monday 11.may.2026, went to Desa Petaling for food.

*** Yi Hao Cha Shi Plaza Salak Park ***

9.39 am - he ordered roast chicken and roast pork MYR 9 nett. Luckily my weak teeth could handle the siew yuk but faced a bit difficulty with the siew Kai.

In the morning I ate two Cavendish bananas 🍌 and he ate one before we went out.

9.40 am - we shared this pork fried misua in soup MYR 11 nett. We like this dish because it has Napa cabbages.

9.44 am - breakfast set of soft boiled eggs, toasts and hot cham less sweet MYR 8.70 nett.

9.58 am - the 2 soft boiled eggs
After that, we bought some items from giant and delivered them to my friends.

Around 3 pm, he ate toasts and one banana 🍌 while I ate one banana 🍌 with two slices of wholemeal bread.

Morning 44.80
Next morning 44.90
Retained 100g water because completed meals later at 4pm ish.

  2. Dear Mun, the photos are very nice.
In response to your question on my blog, today our weather is a cool and comfortable 13 Celsius. I love it. The trees 🌳 and flowers 💐 are only starting to blossom.
As you know, I cannot stand the intense heat and humidity that we get here in Montreal's summers. Summer begins June 20th.
And we also get the wildfires 🔥 which are horrible.
I am really enjoying the cooler temperatures.

    2. Hi dear friend, well, perhaps not one more month...date wise, yes, but it doesn't necessarily mean that it will be that hot in June. It all depends on the actual weather. The hottest months are usually July and August!
