292 days 2 catch up

On Tuesday 12.may.2026, went to nearby shops for breakfast and then later walked to meet up with my friend to catch up. Our previous catch-up was on 24.july.2025.

Then in the evening at 6 pm, walked out again to collect one item for pick-up at 9.30 pm.

He chose this eatery where we shared all the food.

7.48 am - pork trotters wanton noodles MYR 13 nett. Hot cham less sweet MYR 2.70 nett.

7.50 am - bitter gourd pork misua add 1 egg in noodles soup MYR 13 nett.

*** WaTaiwan ssg ***

1.39 pm - we ordered set B dishes for 2 pax MYR 49.90+ which has:
1. Oyster omelette 
2. Small bok choy 
3. Chicken wine wood fungus
4. Braised tofu 

A bowl of plain rice 🍚 MYR 2+ to share.

I ordered add on chicken nuggets MYR 10+ to bring home and was informed that customers need to order a main meal from lunch set in order to buy add on items so I ordered braised minced meat rice set with foc green jasmine tea MYR 9.90+ and took almost all the braised minced meat rice, waxed sausages home.

1.39 pm - this is part of set B: chicken wine wood fungus in the claypot and braised tofu in the small bowl.

WaTaiwan ssg has a Tuesday Buy 1 Free 1 promotion on their Longan Red Jujube Tea or Black Sugar Ginger Tea so my friend ordered a cup of warm black sugar ginger tea and I ordered a glass of cold red jujube tea.

Next morning 45.05
Retained 150g water because ate more food on this day.

    That's alot of food you ordered in wa taiwan, 3 person eating?

      Yes, 3 persons food. 2 persons dining in n bring food home in home containers for person 3. 😂

      I walked out at 6 to collect n then I walked back to wait for the pickup at 9.30
      3 hours was spent at home 😂

    Your order at Wa Taiwan is very worth it. I find it a good idea to order more and then take home. I should try that.

      Yes, I was surprised that it was such a good amount for the food ordered. Very worth it.
      Save on plastic packaging by ordering more and using home containers to bring the food home.

    Ah I was justtt thinking of Wataiwan. JE bought some 'ayam gunting' from a night stall which is similar to the Taiwan chicken chop.
    Yeah sometimes since already at the shop, might as well buy more items and take home to eat another round.
