D7 Braised vs Roast Duck

Total MYR 59.40 nett.

I prefer the roast duck than the braised duck so next time I will order the roast duck only.

*** Cara Cara orange ***

12.18 noon - I removed the peels and inner skins of the segment walls of the orange and let him eat the soft orange sacs.

*** WaTaiwan ***

This mango 🥭 bingsu is very tasty 😋 not that sweet with lots of mango cubes with authentic mango taste 😋 

*** Fresh Coconut Water ***

He requested me to buy mung bean tong sui dessert for him and if it is not available, to buy fresh Coconut 🥥 water.

One coconut MYR 5.50 nett. Promo for 3 coconuts at a total of MYR 15 nett, a savings of MYR 1.50 nett so I bought 3 coconuts. The seller cut the coconut and pour the coconut water into a plastic bag. Then the seller scoops out the coconut white meat from the coconut shell 🥥 and put the meat into the plastic too. I carried these 3 bags of coconut water and meat and walked home.

I pour the translucent coconut water into a bowl to drink because I prefer drinking water from bowls than cups. The white coconut meat in the plastic bag is tender and very nice to eat, very tasty. Old coconut meat is too tough for me. Old coconut 🥥 doesn't have much water too so sellers usually don't sell old coconut water as the meat is too tough and thick so is more suitable to use them to squeeze out the Santan.

4.02 pm - at 2.30 pm, he informed me that he is reheating the soft ribs in the remaining bak kut teh soup for his early dinner. The stove is set to low and casserole pot is simmering. At 4.02 pm, the whole pot is smoking because both of us forgot about it. 😭 

The MYR 20 prime cut soft ribs are now charcoal 😭

Now that his early dinner is no more, we went out for food again to Nam Heong evening tea promotion from 3 pm to 6 pm.

5.14 pm - we ordered two evening tea sets:

Eggs, toasts, coffee set

Siew Mai, char siew bao, coffee set

5.18 pm - the president butter is too milky for him so I ate all the toasts.

5.23 pm - he ate all the siew Mai and 1 bao and 1 bao fillings without eating the bao skin because he doesn't want to eat too much simple carb and I am too full from eating all the butter toasts so we wasted one bao skin without eating it.
